Pour cela, elle bénéficie d’un fonds d’environ 2000 albums jeunesse. Ce TFE a eu comme projet de mettre en place une informatisation du fonds via l’application de gestion de bibliothèques en ligne Libib ainsi qu’une indexation de ce fonds. Pour cela, une liste de mots-clés adaptée au fonds a été créée et un échantillon de 500 albums a été indexé en suivant ces mots-clés. Enfin, l’équipe du Maître Mot a été formée aux outils mis en place grâce à un guide et une mini-formation."
